How we work together

Health coaching is offered as one-on-one sessions, giving us the space to explore your health history, current concerns, and goals in depth. This can be done either online or in-person.

While some women benefit from a single session, I often recommend starting with a package of four sessions. This allows for continuity, deeper understanding, and meaningful progress over time.

For women wanting more comprehensive support, a 3-month health coaching journey is available and can be explored once we begin working together.

We’ll always start where you are and move at a pace that feels supportive and manageable.
