I’m an Integrative Health Coach, Nutritional Advisor, International Private Chef, Wife and a Toddler Mama — but at the heart of it all, I’m someone who’s obsessed with feeling good in my body and helping other women do the same.
For me, health has never been about chasing perfection or following extremes — but it has been about making intentional choices that support my body, energy, and overall well-being.
My passion for health started early. Growing up in a sporty household, I was surrounded by the belief that the body is capable of incredible things. My father, a South African decathlete and later an Olympic Pole Vault coach, fostered in me a deep appreciation for movement, discipline, and the power of the mind-body connection. I represented my country in Water Polo, and through sport I developed a lifelong fascination with health, wellness, and human potential.
My dad managed the athletics track where I grew up, coaching some of the world’s top Pole Vaulters. Every year, elite athletes from around the world came to train with him, and as a child I spent countless afternoons on the track, captivated not only by their physical abilities, but by their mindset, resilience, and dedication. Watching my father coach left a lasting impression on me. It wasn’t just about performance — it was the way he guided people through setbacks, believed in them deeply, and helped them rise into their fullest potential. Looking back now, I can see how much that shaped the work I do today.
That passion led me to study Sport Science and complete my Honours Degree in Biokinetics, before later expanding into Nutrition, Pilates, and Integrative Health Coaching. Alongside this, I also spent years working as a private chef, cooking for families and high-profile clients in luxury villas and on yachts around the world. Food became another huge part of my wellness journey – not from a place of restriction, but from a deep appreciation for how nourishing, beautiful meals can support both health and connection.
I’m not here for diet culture, quick fixes, or toxic positivity. I believe wellness should feel freeing — not rigid or punishing.
When I decided I wanted to fall pregnant, I became deeply intentional about my health in a way I never had before. I wanted to create the healthiest possible environment for my baby, and I dove headfirst into research. I started questioning everything – what I was eating, what I was putting on my skin, the products I was cleaning my home with, all of it. For the first time, I became deeply conscious of my toxic load and began making significant changes to the way I lived.
I swapped out conventional products for more natural alternatives for my home and skincare, focused on organic whole foods, supported my body through detoxification and parasite cleansing, and prioritized nervous system support and overall wellbeing in a much deeper way. And honestly, I had never felt better, and my pregnancy was such a beautiful experience. That season completely changed the trajectory of my life and laid the foundation for how I live today.
There were so many beautiful moments – I loved being with my baby deeply – but I wasn’t prepared for how physically, mentally, and emotionally demanding motherhood would be. She barely slept unless she was on me, hated the car seat, refused the pram, and fed throughout the night. I was completely sleep-deprived, and the constant demands left my nervous system overwhelmed.
The mental load of motherhood hit me like a wave. I was so used to feeling energized, independent, and constantly on the go, but this season asked something very different of me. It asked me to slow down, surrender, and soften in ways I never had before. I had to navigate the changes in my body, the hormonal shifts, unexpected anxiety, hair loss, exhaustion, and healing after an unexpected C-section. It was raw, humbling, and at times incredibly hard.
And in that unraveling, something became deeply clear to me: for most of my adult life, I had spent so much time caring for everyone else that I had completely neglected to care for myself.
While I was nurturing my daughter, I realized I also needed to mother myself – to show up for myself with the same love, compassion, and care that I so freely gave to her. And that shift was where my deeper healing truly began. I learned to set boundaries. I started carving out space for myself again. I began deeply working on the relationship I had with myself, regulating my nervous system, and deepening my self-love and self-worth. Because I realized that true wellness isn’t just about what you eat or how you move – it’s about the relationship you have with yourself.
For so much of my life, I had focused heavily on the physical side of health and wellbeing, while neglecting the deeper emotional and mental aspects of healing. I truly believe that so many of us don’t need more fixing — we need to come home to ourselves. Because when you genuinely love and respect yourself, everything shifts.
You nourish your body instead of punishing it.
You move because it feels good, not because you hate yourself.
You rest because your body needs it, not because you’ve “earned” it.
That shift – from self-criticism to self-love and self-respect – changed everything for me.
I want women to feel vibrant, energized, confident in their bodies, and supported in creating life where they can truly thrive.
Because when we support the body properly – through nourishment, movement, nervous system support, recovery, and intentional daily habits — we’re capable of feeling incredible.
And if you know me, you’ll know I’m deeply passionate about wellness, longevity, and optimization. I genuinely love exploring and using biohacking tools like red light therapy, PEMF, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, ozone, cold exposure, hydrogen water, and all the ways we can support energy, recovery, performance, and overall wellbeing on a deeper level.
At the end of the day, I believe the most powerful transformations happen when we combine strong foundations with intentional living and a deeper connection to ourselves.
And if you’re ready to reconnect with yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and start feeling your best from the inside out, I’d love to support you on the journey.
My passion for health started early. I grew up in a sporty, health-conscious home — my dad was a South African decathlete turned Olympic Pole Vault coach — so movement, sport, and performance were part of our everyday life. That’s where my fascination with the body really began, which led me to study a Degree in Sport Science and obtain my Honours in Biokinetics, and later, Nutrition, Pilates, and Integrative Health Coaching.
Even though I had a deep understanding of health and how the body works, the decision to become a mama was the big wellness shift for me. It was the first time in my life that I made such an intentional change -I wanted to create the healthiest possible environment for my baby, and I dove headfirst into research. I started questioning everything — what I was consuming, what I was putting on my skin, what was in my cleaning products… all of it. I detoxed my home, tossed the toxic products, started parasite cleansing, switched to organic food, and basically did a full 180 on how I lived. And can I tell you? I had never felt so amazing. That season laid the foundation for how I wanted to live my life moving forward — and needless to say, my pregnancy was truly the best experience!”

My purpose is to inspire progress over perfection and guide women toward a life of alignment, vitality, and balance. ( In bigger font) By honoring the innate wisdom of the body, I aim to help women cultivate a healthier relationship with food, embrace non-toxic living, and deepen their emotional well-being. My mission is to empower women to reconnect with themselves, nourish their families with intention, and thrive holistically in body, mind, and soul.
My father, a South African decathlete and later an Olympic Pole Vault coach, fostered in me a deep appreciation for the power of movement and the discipline it takes to reach one’s physical peak. I represented my country in Water Polo, and through those experiences, I developed a lifelong fascination with health, wellness, and what it truly means to feel good in your body.
I learned early on that success is holistic—it requires focus, balance, and intentional effort. My dad’s role as a coach emphasized the power of guidance, and seeing the impact of his mentorship left a lasting impression on me. Inspired by this environment and my dad, the idea of empowering others to rise above challenges and achieve their fullest potential ignited my passion to become a coach and guide others on their journeys.
That passion led me to study Sport Science at Stellenbosch University in South Africa, where I dove into the science of movement, performance, psychology, and prenatal health. Eager to deepen my knowledge, I went on to complete my Honours Degree in Biokinetics, specializing in Orthopedic Rehabilitation and the art of helping others recover, rebuild, and thrive
At that point, my plan was to open a private practice. But I also felt a deep pull to see the world before fully immersing myself in the responsibilities of clinical work. I took a leap and joined the yachting industry, combining my love for travel and adventure with a long-standing childhood passion—cooking.
A surprise entry into the Monaco Boat Show Chef Competition—secretly submitted by my captain—became a turning point. I ended up winning, and suddenly, I was no longer cooking just for the crew. I began working as a private chef for guests and high-profile clients, and over the next decade, my cheffing career took me from the Mediterranean to America.
Cooking from the heart with thoughtfully chosen, whole ingredients became the cornerstone of my philosophy—blending nourishment with the joy of creating something beautiful and memorable. I saw firsthand how food could uplift moods, restore energy, and spark connection. That’s when my curiosity in nutrition deepened, leading me to study how food can be used as medicine.
It’s about your emotional health, your mental clarity, your relationships, and your ability to feel safe and at home in your own body. That’s what led me to train as an Integrative Health Coach and Life Coach—so I could support my clients in every layer of their well-being, not just the physical.
My biggest personal shift came when I decided to prepare my body for pregnancy. I focused on detoxing gently, deeply nourishing myself, and building strength from the inside out. When I returned home, I also became a certified Pilates instructor, reconnecting with my love of movement in a mindful, healing way.
My pregnancy was beautiful—but the postpartum period completely cracked me open. I experienced anxiety, sleep deprivation, hormone imbalance, and a deep sense of disconnection from myself. It took time, compassion, and intentional healing to rebuild my nervous system and reconnect with the woman I had become. That season taught me how to truly care for myself, from the inside out.
