As moms, we all want the best for our children. We want them to be healthy, happy, and thriving, but knowing what to feed them isn’t always easy.

Between picky eating, constipation, frequent illnesses, endless snack requests, and products on the shelves marketed as “healthy,” it’s easy to feel overwhelmed.

I know because I’m a mom too.

One of the things I’m most passionate about is helping parents simplify nutrition and feel empowered in the choices they’re making for their children.

The early years provide a unique opportunity to build strong foundations for health. The food, habits, and lifestyle choices our children are exposed to today can have a lasting impact on their growth, development, immunity, and overall wellbeing.

My goal is not perfection. It’s to help you focus on the things that truly matter, make simple changes where needed, and feel empowered to nourish your child with confidence.

How We Work Together

Kids’ nutrition support is offered through one-on-one consultations, giving us the opportunity to explore your child’s health history, current challenges, eating habits, and nutritional needs in depth. Sessions can be held online or in person.

Every child is different, which is why I take an individualized approach. Together, we’ll look at what’s going on beneath the surface, identify areas that may be contributing to your child’s symptoms or challenges, and create practical steps that feel realistic and manageable for your family.

My goal is to help simplify nutrition, take away some of the overwhelm, and empower you to make confident choices that support your child’s health now and into the future.
